Honors: Academics

The Honors Program seeks to create an educational experience designed to connect rather than isolate different areas of study.  Honors students can choose from a core 12-15 General Education courses in a variety of university divisions.  These classes, with an “H” designation after the course number, provide the advantage of limited enrollment while exploring the core disciplines in higher education. During their freshman year, Honors students will enroll in Honors 100, "Introduction to a University Education," a class designed to introduce students to the resources and opportunities available to assist them in their education.
